BRIAN SCOTT BRADLEY

Scott received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University (magna cum laude with honors) and his law degree from the University of Texas.  Scott is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.  Scott represents companies and individuals in a broad range of litigation including tort claims, construction defects, contract disputes and professional liability and malpractice.  Scott has also prosecuted and defended cases of defamation throughout the State of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Litigation Section, and the Tarrant County Bar Association. Scott is a partner in the firm.
