Rob received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1982 and a Master’s degree in Architecture in 2003.  Rob received his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi, the international legal fraternity.  Rob is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  He is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas and has been admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals and the United States District Court of the Northern District of Texas.  Rob is of counsel, with this firm.
