RHYAN PHILLIPS

Rhyan received his undergraduate degree from Texas State University and his law degree from Texas A&M University. At Texas A&M University, Rhyan was an editor for the Journal of Property Law. Rhyan is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association, Ellis County Bar Association, and Texas Aggie Bar Association. Rhyan’s publications include “In Support of Stricter Application of the Non-Delegation Doctrine” which was published in We the People, Elon Law’s Constitutional Law Journal. Rhyan is an associate in the firm.
