Rachel is a persuasive litigator with significant expertise in insurance defense, complex litigation, and personal injury defense. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and personal injury defense where she represents companies in a variety of disputes. Clients rely on Rachel to provide guidance on navigating the state and federal court system throughout the pre- and post-trial process. She also regularly leads negotiations for clients at alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Rachel received her undergraduate degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida and her law degree from Baylor University School of Law. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas and all Texas State Courts. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Tarrant County Bar Association. While at Baylor, Rachel competed on the Healthcare Law Moot Court Team and the National Security Law Moot Court Team. She was the 2012 Harold H. Greene & Joyce Hens Green National Security Law Moot Court Champion, Best Overall Competitor, and Best Oral Advocate.
