MARK MIDKIFF

Mark received his undergraduate and law degrees from Baylor University.  After graduating from law school, Mark served as briefing attorney for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.  He also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1982 to 1989.  Mark is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Tarrant County Bar Association and has earned the “AV” rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.  He has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Mark is of counsel with the firm.
