Jim received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and his law degree from Baylor University. Jim participated, and was an octa-finalist, in Baylor Law School’s Spring 2007 Moot Court Competition. He continued on and participated as a judge in Baylor’s Moot Court Competition from Fall 2007 through Spring 2009. Jim is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar Association. Jim is a partner in the firm.
